Register for Math Assessment

In order to use the Assessment Tool you must register with your user name and user id. Please use the user name and user id you have been provided. If you have not been given one or you do not know it, click on the first letter of your last name in the alphabet listing below. In the list of names which appears, click on your name.

If you do not remember your user name or are unsure of how we have recorded your name, or have problems in accessing your records click on the first letter of your last name below. Your name will appear in the listing below. Choose it and then supply your ID.
